Today we were privileged to have our member, Susan, from Calgary demonstrate how she makes her challah.  As a woman who owned and operated Calgary's only kosher bakery, baking many, many challot each week for years, she shared valuable information.  She also shared her recipe for chocolate spread which she uses in her Sukkot/Simchat Torah challot.  Her recipes can both be found on the POM website. Laya Crust spoke about her artwork for this week's parshah and haftorah.
